Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
During holidays or new product launches, this may take slightly longer, but rest assured, we’ll always communicate any delay with transparency.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship across the United States via trusted carriers.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow
your parcel’s journey home.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your region).

International Shipping

We’re not offering international shipping just yet, but it’s coming soon. As we grow, so will our reach.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before submitting.
Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages, but we’ll always assist in tracing them if needed.

Returns & Replacements

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, email hello@jaysrii.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the next simple steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you right away.
We’ll replace or refund the item with care

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations & Order Updates

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello@jaysrii.com.
After shipment, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll still do our best to assist if there’s an issue.

Delayed Deliveries

While rare, delays can occur due to weather, postal service conditions, or high volume.
We’ll always notify you if we’re aware of any extended delay.

Tracking Issues

If your tracking link shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please allow 24–48 hours - sometimes carriers scan early.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help locate it.
